Sunnuntai 3.6. ja tiistai 5.6. - Anna K:n treenit

Tässä hiema jälkijunassa kuvaus Anna K:n kesäkuun alussa vetämistä treeneistä:

Sunday we did no gi, submissions from half-guard. We started with a basic kimura, then we worked on a situation in which the opponent is defending the kimura, and finally we worked on a transition to the arm-bar.

Tuesday we worked on the concept of "killing" different kind of open guards (including the de la riva) by controlling the legs and hip of the opponent. We also did some passing (my favorite variations of the toreador and the knee slide)
